We're Luke and Stephanie, the husband-and-wife team bringing Ignitepros to life. Working side-by-side each day, scrubbing grills, creating content, chatting with customers, and handling all the details that make your experience great. We're building something we truly love: a business grounded in faith, driven by excellence, and fueled by genuine care for each person we meet.
Ignitepros is a true family business in every sense. We're not just business partners—we're one flesh, united in marriage and in mission. We love collaborating, bouncing ideas off each other, and tackling challenges together. This business is as much hers as it is his. We dream of a future where, as our family grows, we can continue working together in a way that honors how God designed families to flourish. And we're here to serve you and your family with the same dedication and care we put into our own.
Our Origin Story
Ignite was established one Sunday afternoon in the year 2023. Luke was ready to smoke a pork butt on his Pit Boss smoker but when he opened the lid, he stopped dead in his tracks. The buildup, the grime—it wasn't okay. Halfway through hours of scrubbing, Luke thought, "This sucks. I'd pay someone else to do it." In this moment, Ignite was born… He searched for a local service and found nothing. If he needed this, other people probably did too. And so Luke began innovating the business we have today, serving our community in a way that wasn't there before.
It wasn't until 2025 that Luke met Stephanie and brought her alongside not only as his business partner, but his forever life partner.
Our Personal Story
Luke and Stephanie Rodgers met on May 24th, 2025, in Seattle, Washington, at the 'Mayday USA Tour,' a powerful rally celebrating Jesus and God's design for life and family. Thousands stood united in worship, proclaiming biblical truth about gender, marriage, and family, a beautiful demonstration of love, conviction, and hope for the next generation.
In the whirlwind 92 days from the day we met to our wedding day (yes, we got married within 100 days!), Luke would pick Stephanie's brain about his vision for Ignite. It quickly became clear: we would walk this out side-by-side. On August 23rd, 2025, we got married and stepped into our first week as husband and wife, technically unemployed, without the safety net of steady paychecks, just fierce faith, relentless drive, and a vision we were willing to build our lives around.

Mission Statement
We serve an overwhelmingly underserved market where consumers have come to accept poor treatment as normal. In North Idaho and surrounding areas, contractors are a dime a dozen, two-day general contractor licensing requires no moral background check, and only ¼ to ⅕ of contractors are actually good. We're here to shift that reality. By putting our customers' needs before our own, delivering transparent communication, and honoring our guarantees, we give consumers the leverage and control they deserve. We partner with our customers, elevating the industry one project at a time by proving that integrity-driven service isn't just possible—it's our standard.
