Honest answers.
How is my monthly price calculated?
Your price is your selected appliances at full à la carte rates, multiplied by how many times per year we service them at manufacturer-recommended frequency, discounted by your tier rate, then divided by 12. No flat fees on top.
How does the point system work?
Points = base difficulty × recommended service frequency. A dishwasher is 1 base point serviced quarterly, which is 4 points automatically. A BBQ is 3 base points serviced twice a year, which is 6 points. Your total determines your tier and discount rate.
What is the walk-through for?
Before your membership begins, our technician visits your home to inspect every appliance on your plan and confirm everything is serviceable. It's complimentary, takes about an hour, and ensures there are no surprises for either of us.
Do you do repairs?
No. Maintenance and cleaning only. Club members catch problems before they become repairs. If we identify something that needs a repair tech, we document it and tell you exactly what to ask for.
How does seasonal membership work?
Three visits: spring startup in May, mid-season in July or August, and winter shutdown in October. Same discount rates, billed monthly all year. Priority scheduling stays active all 12 months.
