Terms & Conditions
By booking our services, you agree to the following simple promises that keep your experience safe, transparent, and stress-free.
Services Provided
We provide professional cleaning for BBQs, smokers, griddles, ovens, refrigerators, range hoods, and other luxury kitchen appliances across both commercial and residential spaces.
Our services focus on cleaning, detailing, and maintenance only; we do not perform appliance repairs.
Payment
- 50% deposit required at booking.
- 50% final payment due upon completion and your approval.
- All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our satisfaction guarantee.
Cancellation
- Cancel or reschedule with at least 2 hours notice.
- Less than 2 hours notice results in deposit forfeiture.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Disclose all known defects or damage to your appliances before service.
- Provide access to water and electricity.
- Disconnect gas lines on gas appliances before we arrive; we do not handle gas connections.
- Secure or remove pets from the work area; we are not liable for pet-related incidents.
- Ensure safe access including parking, gates, and entry points.
Service Expectations
You understand:
- Our goal is longevity, safety, and cleanliness—not restoring appliances to brand-new condition.
- Some stains, rust, corrosion, and wear may be permanent.
- We communicate about irreversible damage, but we cannot reverse the impossible.
Liability & Damages
Pre-existing Wear
If parts such as breakers, belts, seals, or igniters fail during cleaning due to rust, corrosion, neglect, or normal wear, replacement costs (parts + labor) are your responsibility.
Our Responsibility
If we damage a functional appliance or component during service, we will repair or replace it at our expense.
Not Our Responsibility
- Undisclosed pre-existing damage or defects.
- Permanent stains or age-related deterioration.
- Pet-related incidents or injuries.
- Gas line issues; you must handle disconnection.
Approval & Inspection
If you're present, we inspect together before final payment; your in-person approval is final and binding.
If you're not present, we send photos for approval. You have 24 hours to raise concerns. After 24 hours or final payment, service is considered approved.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied and we can't resolve the issue, we'll provide a full refund. Notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
Documentation
We take before-and-after photos of every job. For commercial jobs, we document pre-existing damage in our notes.
Legal
- These terms are governed by Idaho state law with jurisdiction in Kootenai County.
- Our service area covers a 100-mile radius from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
- You agree to hold Ignite LLC harmless from claims arising from undisclosed defects, gas line issues, pet incidents, or misuse after service.
