Pull & disconnect
We safely roll out free-standing units or remove kick-plates and grills on built-ins. Power down briefly to avoid icing the compressor.

Condenser coil deep-clean
Brush, vacuum, and compressed-air clean the coils, fan blades, and condenser. This is where the 30% energy savings comes from.

Gaskets & seals
Wipe down door gaskets, treat for mildew, and check the seal with a dollar-bill test. Loose seals get flagged before they spoil food.

Interior sanitize
Empty shelves and drawers, deep-clean with food-safe non-toxic cleaner, sanitize, and reorganize. Remove odors at the source.

Ice maker & water line
Flush the ice bin, sanitize the line, replace the water filter if you have one on hand, and verify the dispenser flow.

Exterior & reconnect

How often should a refrigerator be cleaned in Coeur d'Alene?

How long does the cleaning take?
A standard fridge takes about 90 minutes. Sub-Zero 48″ side-by-sides or dual-zone columns can run 2 hours. You don't need to do anything. We work food-safe, sanitize as we go, and reorganize before we leave.
Do I need to empty the fridge before you arrive?
No. We empty it shelf by shelf, wipe and sanitize each surface, and put everything back. If anything is past its date, we'll set it aside and let you decide. Less work for you, no chance of forgetting to refrigerate something critical.
Will it ever damage my fridge?
No. We use food-safe non-toxic cleaners, brand-matched stainless polish, and gentle brushes on the coils. Self-clean cycles and harsh degreasers are the things that damage luxury fridges, and we don't use either.
